Product Overview

The Innomar standard is the foundational model of Innomar’s parametric SBP family. Since its introduction, it has set the global benchmark for versatility, offering a unique combination of high-resolution imaging and powerful sediment penetration.

Designed to operate in water depths ranging from 0.5 meters to 500 meters, the "standard" model is compact enough for small boat deployments in rivers and harbors, yet robust enough for demanding offshore site investigations. By utilizing non-linear parametric acoustics, it delivers a narrow, focused beam that eliminates side-lobe interference, providing exceptionally clean data in shallow or complex acoustic environments.

  • Parametric Technology: Combines a 100 kHz primary frequency with user-selectable low frequencies (4 – 15 kHz) for deep penetration without sacrificing detail.
  • Deep Penetration: Capable of mapping sub-seabed structures up to 50 meters below the mudline (sediment dependent).
  • Multi-Ping Capability: Maintains a high pulse rate (up to 50 Hz) in deeper waters to ensure high horizontal data density.
  • Full-Waveform Acquisition: Records 24-bit raw data in the SES3 format, providing maximum flexibility for post-processing and conversion to SEG-Y or XTF.
  • Integrated Software Suite: Controlled via SESWIN for real-time acquisition, with seamless data handling through Innomar’s ISE post-processing software.
