The Industry Standard for Subsea Pipe and Cable Tracking
Product Overview
The HydroPACT 440 (originally the TSS 440) is the global benchmark for detecting, tracking, and surveying buried subsea pipelines and cables. Using Pulse Induction technology, it identifies electrically conductive assets regardless of whether they are ferrous (iron/steel) or non-ferrous (brass, aluminum, or copper).
Unlike magnetometers, which can be affected by the Earth's magnetic field or "lost" due to a pipe's own background magnetism, the HydroPACT 440 creates its own electromagnetic field to provide stable, real-time positional and Depth of Burial (DOB) data.
